SALTS Executive Director Opportunity, Victoria

Become the Executive Director of Sail and Life Training Society (SALTS), making a difference in young people's lives through transformative sailing experiences. This position is located in Victoria, BC.

As the chief executive leader, your role involves guiding the organization in its mission to empower youths through sailing and character growth. You will provide strategic vision and lead a dedicated team while embodying the values of humility and integrity. Additionally, you will strengthen ties within the community and uphold public trust as SALTS' ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement impactful sailing programs • Engage with board members and community partners • Champion a culture of values and excellence • Act as a public representative for SALTS • Align mission-focus with team and resources

Requirements:• 7-10 years’ experience managing teams • Hands-on experience in not-for-profit contexts • Desire or background in youth ministry is a plus • Sign SALTS Statement of Faith&Ethics• Preferred qualifications: MBA or similar
