We are seeking Family Nurse Practitioners who are interested in building a longitudinal primary care practice in a collaborative, team-based setting. This opportunity includes: Full-scope primary care practice with a focus on longitudinal patient attachment Patient attachment supported through the

Health Connect Registry

and a

retiring physician panel Flexibility to: take on a half panel of approximately

350 patients

and build the remainder of your panel over time, start your own panel from scratch, or assume an existing panel of approximately

700 patients Opportunity to grow your practice toward

BC provincial panel size Flexible scheduling options, with both

part-time and full-time
