Part-Time Health Care Assistant Opportunity, Victoria

Support residents at Sunrise of Victoria as a part-time Health Care Assistant. This temporary position offers hands-on care in a welcoming environment.

In your role at Sunrise Senior Living, you will provide physical and emotional support to seniors while adhering to tailored service plans. The position runs Tuesday to Saturday from 2 PM to 10 PM, where you’ll engage with residents, assist in daily living activities, and maintain a clean and safe home-like environment. Your compassion will make a difference in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:• Participate actively in daily cross-over meetings • Assist residents with personal care and activities • Maintain cleanliness and order in resident areas • Document all care activities and resident changes • Promote safety and follow health regulations

Requirements:• High School diploma or equivalent preferred • CPR and First Aid certifications required • Must be at least 18 years old • Previous experience with seniors is beneficial • Strong communication and empathy skills
