Job Summary Customer Experience Associate– responsible for delivering excellent customer experience by processing financial transactions, recommending banking solutions, and achieving business goals.
In This Role, You Will
Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per TD operating procedures, industry regulations, and the Code of Conduct.
Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.
Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard issues as necessary.
Achieve assigned goals and objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.
Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.
Help create a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on the status of routine activities.
Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to pursue operational excellence.
Job Requirements
High School diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) is an asset.
Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Hands‑on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet.
A go‑getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail‑oriented while handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
A dynamic communicator with established customer‑experience skills who can connect, both verbally and in writing, with a variety of people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
