Description
Our confidential client in Victoria, BC, is seeking an exceptionally organized, discreet, and proactive
Executive Personal Assistant
to support a dynamic principal across advocacy initiatives, governance responsibilities, travel coordination, family operations, and personal logistics. This is not a traditional assistant role. This is an opportunity to become a highly trusted partner in a fast-moving and meaningful environment. Professionalism, judgment, adaptability, and emotional intelligence are essential. Are you someone who naturally stays three steps ahead? Do you love creating order from complexity, managing details with precision, and making life easier for the people you support? Are you naturally calm under pressure, a problem solver, and are you praised for being highly organized? Are you equally comfortable coordinating executive-level logistics, handling sensitive personal matters with discretion, and pivoting quickly when priorities shift? If so, we encourage you to read on.
In the role of Executive Personal Assistant, you will:
Coordinate complex calendars, travel, itineraries, reservations, and logistics
Support board and governance activities including meetings, materials, and follow-up
Assist with advocacy initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and communications
Manage personal operations including appointments, errands, gifting, hosting, and family coordination
Research, organize, and proactively solve problems with minimal direction
Act as a highly trusted right hand across both professional and personal priorities
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or senior support role
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism
Experience managing complex schedules and travel coordination
A warm, polished, and highly service-oriented approach
Strong technical proficiency and comfort with productivity and AI‑enabled tools
The ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast‑paced environment
Experience supporting governance or board‑related work is considered an asset.
Why This Opportunity? This is a rare opportunity to support meaningful work across advocacy, governance, business, and family leadership while building a long‑term trusted partnership in a thoughtful and purpose‑driven environment.
