Full-Time Maintenance Technician Position, Victoria

This full-time role requires a proactive approach to perform maintenance and repairs across various Cool Aid properties. Key Responsibilities:• Conduct routine inspections of building properties • Perform maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment • Work independently in occupied and unoccupied spaces • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on service requests • Ensure compliance with OHS and WorkSafe regulations

Requirements:• Grade 10 education with building maintenance training • Two years of recent relevant experience • Clear criminal record check completion required • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clear abstract • Ability to wear required safety equipment
