Support the leadership team at St. Michaels University School as the Assistant to the Director– Senior School, starting June 2026. This part-time role involves essential administrative tasks and communication management.
As the Assistant to the Director, you will provide confidential support to the Senior School's leadership while coordinating various administrative functions. Responsibilities include managing student records, overseeing faculty coverage, and organizing school events. Your role is vital for effective communication among directors, staff, parents, and students.
Key Responsibilities:• Schedule appointments, managing communication with various stakeholders • Coordinate meetings and events, booking logistics and catering needs • Maintain student records according to Ministry requirements • Oversee faculty coverage and manage teacher scheduling • Organize major school events, including graduation ceremonies
Requirements:• High-school diploma with post-secondary education in Business Administration • At least two years’ experience in a school or youth-oriented setting • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Google Workspace • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
