Key Responsibilities:• Manage claims files from first notice to resolution • Conduct coverage analysis and damage assessments • Establish reserves and negotiate settlements • Manage loss funds and reconcile ledgers • Prepare reports for insurance carriers

Requirements:• Level 2 General Insurance License required • Minimum 5 years in liability claims handling • Strong knowledge of coverage interpretation • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Epic • Excellent communication skills and professionalism
