Experienced Bricklayer with Certification, Esquimalt

Join a dedicated construction team as an experienced Bricklayer. Your expertise in brick and stone laying will be key as you prepare and lay masonry units on various job sites.

This position requires a skilled Bricklayer with five or more years of experience in masonry. You will prepare, lay, and construct masonry units for residential and commercial projects. As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to instruct apprentices, ensuring the next generation of masons is well-trained.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, or tiles • Construct and install prefabricated masonry units • Build patios, walls, and decorative installations • Work safely at heights on scaffolding • Cut and trim masonry materials using tools

Requirements:• Bricklayer Trade Certification mandatory • 5+ years of relevant experience required • Valid driver's license and own transportation • WHMIS and Fall Arrest Protection certified • Must have basic security clearance
