Be a part of the recovery journey at New Roads Therapeutic Recovery Community as a Support Worker. This full-time role is centered on individualized case management and facilitating community integration.

As a Support Worker with Our Place Society, you will take an active role in daily activities and program implementation for residents. Your skills in counseling, mediation, and group facilitation will help residents thrive in a supportive environment. Candidates should have a passion for community-oriented work and an understanding of therapeutic practices.

Key Responsibilities:• Address individual residents’ needs through support • Facilitate various community group meetings • Undertake case management tasks with partnering organizations • Conduct daily counseling sessions for residents • Generate reports and respond to safety concerns

Requirements:• Related diploma in human/social services required • At least one year of relevant experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Valid BC driver's license required • Commitment to continuous education and training
