Key Responsibilities:• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance • Lead incident investigations for safety issues • Assist in project planning and contractor evaluations • Review important invoices and ensure accuracy • Develop skills in specialized construction areas

Requirements:• Bachelor’s or Technologist diploma in relevant discipline • 4 to 7 years of leadership experience in construction • Effective communicator and team collaborator • Strong understanding of construction management principles • Experience within utilities preferred
