Your ability to handle trade reconciliations, client inquiries, and various compliance documents will be key to maintaining operational excellence. Enhancing the client experience while ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance will be your primary focus.
Key Responsibilities:• Assist in building client relationships within the investment sector • Perform trade execution and cash reconciliations • Prepare and monitor daily trading reports • Ensure compliance with established procedures • Gather data to maintain an effective CRM
Requirements:• Minimum 3 years in a sales admin capacity in finance • CIRO Licensed (IR or RR) essential; • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent client communication abilities
