As part of your responsibilities, you’ll perform assessments, create intervention plans, and engage in outreach for clients experiencing substance misuse challenges. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you'll apply your expertise in a harm-reduction framework while promoting independence and positive change in the lives ofthose you serve.

Key Responsibilities:• Offer comprehensive assessments for addiction and mental health • Develop and implement effective treatment interventions • Facilitate outreach initiatives for client engagement • Collaborate with healthcare professionals in treatment plans • Ensure adherence to health and mental health regulations

Requirements:• Degree in a relevant health discipline required • Two years of recent related experience in addiction • Valid BC Driver's License required • Understanding of applicable legislation and community services • Excellent communication and organizational skills
