About the Role We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Assistant position for individuals who are professional, dependable, and able to support day-to-day customer service activity through strong communication, organization, and follow-through. This role is well suited to someone who can help maintain a positive customer experience, respond to routine inquiries, and support service-related tasks in a professional office environment.

The position includes a combination of customer communication, service coordination, record updates, issue tracking, internal follow-up, and general support for customer service workflows. The right candidate will be comfortable helping customers, maintaining accurate information, and supporting a team through consistent and organized daily service tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for customer service activities and routine service requests

Requirements

Reliable transportation to and from the workplace, if required

Ability to stay organized and manage routine support tasks consistently

Preferred Skills

Previous experience in customer service, office support, administration, or front-line client support is an asset
