This is a great opportunity for you to learn and apply your knowledge to support the timely, accurate, and meaningful measurement and analysis of investment performance across a wide range of public&private market strategies.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThe Finance department is part of the Operations group and in various ways collaborates with all the other departments within BCI. Finance is responsible for financial administration, financial reporting and tax planning for BCI and the investment funds under BCI's administration.The Performance&Analytics branch is tasked with calculating, benchmarking, attributing and reporting of investment performance results for all asset classes, strategies and clients. Performance reports and analyses are used to help client trustees perform their fiduciary duty in oversight of BCI’s investment management, to assist management in understanding the drivers of return and evaluating the success of strategies and initiatives, and more importantly to provide the feedback loop to support investment decision making.
