The opportunity EY is seeking a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer to support the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise portfolio, program, and project management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for a technically strong ServiceNow professional who enjoys building scalable SPM capabilities that enable better investment decisions, delivery transparency, and business outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
Configure and develop ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, Project&Program Management, Resource Management, and Portfolio Planning
Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom tables
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for portfolio health, financial tracking, and resource capacity
Collaborate with functional consultants and BPCs to translate requirements into technical solutions
Support integrations between SPM and ITSM, HR, and financial systems
Participate in release management, testing, upgrades, and platform governance activities
Skills and Attributes for Success
Strong hands‑on ServiceNow development experience with SPM / PPM modules
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow data model
Solid understanding of project, portfolio, and resource management concepts
Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery models
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ideally, you’ll also have
ServiceNow CSA and CIS– Strategic Portfolio Management certifications
Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP or financial systems
Prior experience in consulting or managed services environments
Exposure to ITSM or HR modules on ServiceNow

Salary
Toronto/London/Ottawa/Waterloo/Vancouver/Victoria: $92,000 to $132,000.
