Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for respiratory therapy, including typing and proofreading documents, filing, maintaining client charts and database systems.

Assist supervisors, managers and sales staff with daily office duties such as bank deposits, remittance forms and financial transactions.

Support customers with information on CPAP therapy and assist in the sales and maintenance of CPAP inventory.

Help healthcare professionals with necessary processes and forms, including cleaning and maintenance of CPAP equipment during in‑service to clients.

Document client care services by charting in client records and preparing funding documents.

Participate in home testing for diagnosis under the supervision of a healthcare professional.

Maintain infection control policies, safety procedures and report unsafe occurrences.

Contribute to quality improvement activities, evaluate processes and workflow.

Provide after‑hours service to clients as part of the branch on‑call rotation.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications

College certificate or diploma in Medical Office Administration or a medical background preferred.

1–2 years of experience in general office practice.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office, ERP and Google systems.

Strong data entry skills and selling skills.

Ability to work safely and promote a safe work environment.
