Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary school graduation or equivalent

Experience: 1 to less than 2 years

On site: Must work at physical location, no remote work

Ability to supervise: 11‑15 people

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast‑paced, high pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, heavy lifting, standing&walking for extended periods, overtime required, large workload

Personal suitability: Client focus, accurate, team player, flexibility, reliability, organized, dependable, excellent written and oral communication, effective interpersonal skills

Budgetary responsibility: $100,001– $500,000

Specific skills:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

Monitor revenues, modify procedures and prices

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients

Develop, implement and analyze budgets

Participate in marketing plans and implementation

Set staff work schedules and monitor performance

Address customer complaints&concerns

Provide customer service

Recruit, train and supervise staff

Work setting: Restaurant, relocation costs covered by employer
