Be a key player at EY as a ServiceNow SPM Developer, responsible for delivering enterprise-level portfolio management solutions. Leverage ServiceNow for driving transparency and informed decision-making.
As a crucial part of the team, you will develop and enhance ServiceNow SPM modules, focusing on Demand and Resource Management. Responsibilities encompass building and maintaining workflows, creating dashboards for monitoring portfolio health, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate needs into solutions that drive business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:• Configure ServiceNow SPM modules effectively • Build workflows using Flow Designer and custom tables • Develop insights via dashboards and financial tracking • Collaborate with consultants to meet project needs • Engage in testing and platform governance
Requirements:• Strong background in ServiceNow development • Proficient in JavaScript and Glide API • Solid understanding of project management principles • Agile or SAFe experience preferred • Desired: ServiceNow SPM or PPM certification
