As an integral part of the“we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for performing all tasks related to accounts receivable and payable. Specifically: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and receivable ledgers Enter all required data from invoices Print receivable-run statementsRun schedules and journals, as directed Perform cash balancing, bank deposits and reconciliations Calculate and print required statements or receipts Post invoices and prepare cheques, as required Prepare deposits and maintain procedures for the handling of cash control Process vehicle transaction deals, verifying the accuracy of all pertinent informationAssist in closing month‑and year‑end Support and act as back‑up for payroll processing, as needed Process and submit insurance and warranty remittances, and reconcile related schedules About You
1 to 3 years of proven accounting experience Post‑secondary education in accounting or finance Proficiency working with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic Ability to maintain professionalism Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Self‑motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution Desire to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced setting Proven commitment to quality of workEqual Opportunity Statement
