With at least 2-3 years of automotive or accounting experience, your role will focus on verifying completed repair orders (ROs), posting warranties in CDK, and maintaining receivables. A strong background with VW or Audi is preferred for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:• Calculate and verify technician payments after completed ROs • Post manufacturers' warranties accurately in CDK • Collect and verify completed warranty ROs daily • Separate ROs into warranty and customer pay classifications • Process warranty claims and follow up on outstanding requests

Requirements:• 2-3 years in automotive warranty or accounting roles • Familiarity with One-Eighty and CDK software • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems • Valid Ontario Driver's License and clean driver’s abstract • Strong customer service and communication skills
