In this full-time role, you will oversee all aspects of WSIB and other disability claims while ensuring timely and supportive processes for employees. Key Responsibilities:• Handle WSIB and disability claims from initiation to resolution • Assist with documentation compliance and audits • Provide guidance to employees throughout recovery • Collaborate on modified work and accommodation programs • Prepare performance reports regarding claims management
Requirements:• Post-secondary education in a relevant field • 2–5 years of relevant claims administration experience • Knowledge of Ontario WSIB laws and best practices • Strong communication and organizational proficiency • Ability to manage sensitive information professionally
