Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - (Firm trained) Salary: $95K-$100K + bonus Role status: Full-time permanent Our client: A growing real estate investment and asset management firm with over $2B in AUM. Robust track record, good group, and a team that is very process improvement focused with solid exposure across the business and investor base.We are working with a real estate investment firm in Vaughan that is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their corporate team. This role leans heavily into financial reporting for investors, supporting corporate accounting, fund-level reporting, and asset management entities. Good opportunity for someone coming out of a large public accounting firm or relevant industry experience who wants to stay close to financial statements, investor reporting, and overall fund performance.Responsibilities

Own full-cycle corporate accounting across multiple entities and investment structures Lead month-end close and support variance analysis across corporate and fund-level results Prepare and review financial statements in line with investor and lender expectations Support quarterly and annual reporting packages for investors, including MD&A-style; commentary Handle complex intercompany transactions, allocations, and reconciliations across entities Work closely with asset management to ensure accurate reporting of portfolio performance Assist with audit processes and liaise with external auditors (Big 4 exposure preferred) Identify process gaps and help improve reporting workflows and controlsSupport ad hoc analysis tied to fund performance, returns, and key metrics Qualifications

Degree in accounting, finance, or related field CPA in progress or completed 3-5 years experience, ideally trained in a large public accounting firm (Big 4 or similar) Strong foundation in financial statement preparation and audit Exposure to investment structures, fund reporting, or real estate is a strong assetAdvanced Excel, comfortable working with large data sets Experience with Yardi or similar systems is a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and takes ownership Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate well with stakeholders Additional Information
