Manufacturing Process Analyst at Longo's, Vaughan

This role, reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, emphasizes critical data collection and analytics. You will drive improvements in production performance while supporting new product launches and efficient operational practices. Your expertise will contribute to the overall quality, cost management, and safety standards of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:• Analyze KPIs for process impact and improvements • Conduct data collection for production observations • Implement and audit process strategies for compliance • Lead cost management initiatives for finished goods • Support training on SOPs for operational support

Requirements:• Bachelor’s in Engineering or 2+ years related experience • Manufacturing or food production environment background • Proficient in data analysis and Lean Six Sigma techniques • Strong analytical and computer skills, especially MS Office • Willingness to adapt in a complex work environment
