Be a vital part of Closing the Gap Healthcare as a Paediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant in York Region. Deliver therapy services at home and community clinics, supporting children through health teaching and exercise programs.

We seek a full-time Paediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant/Physiotherapy Assistant to work alongside Registered PTs and OTs. You'll develop fine motor skills, enhance sensory regulation, and execute program plans in various settings. Building relationships with children and their families is key to this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with physiotherapy and occupational therapy teams • Provide health teaching and implement program plans • Deliver services in clients' homes and community clinics • Support children in enhancing fine motor skills • Assist in sensory regulation exercises

Requirements:• Recent graduate from recognized OTA/PTA program • Proven ability to work independently and in a team • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and caregivers • Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle • Commitment to a caring and supportive environment
