Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with strong CRM integration and customer engagement experience to design, develop, and optimize marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM platforms, customer journey orchestration, and campaign automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized customer experiences.Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other enterprise CRM systems.Develop personalized customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and segmentation strategies based on customer behavior and business requirements. Build and optimize SQL queries, AMPscript, SSJS, and APIs for data management and campaign execution. Create dynamic email templates, landing pages, and automated workflows.Work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and CRM analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and best practices for customer communications. Troubleshoot campaign, integration, and automation issues while improving platform performance.Support CRM data synchronization, audience management, and reporting initiatives. Collaborate with QA and release teams for deployments and production support. Required Skills&Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and CRM integration. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Strong hands-on experience with:

Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio Contact Builder Mobile Studio Marketing Cloud APIs

Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM platforms (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud). Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS). Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration tools. Knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation strategies.Familiarity with CRM data models and customer lifecycle management. Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification. Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer Certification is a plus. Experience with CRM analytics and customer engagement reporting. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CASL. Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or CDP. Knowledge of Einstein Analytics / AI-driven marketing personalization. Experience with third-party CRM or marketing integrations.
