Located in Woodbridge, ON, this Supervisor position focuses on overseeing a team of 12-15 employees in the pallet production shop. You will coordinate workflow, maintain safety standards, and support the Production Manager. Your leadership will drive productivity while ensuring high-quality standards in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate forklift to move materials and pallets • Supervise production crew and maintain motivation • Coordinate workflow to meet deadlines • Schedule jobs based on inventory and shipments • Perform regular quality checks for standards adherence
