Pay Type Full Time, Permanent
Compensation $65,000.00 to $68,000.00
The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance‑based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

Qualifications
Education:
Post‑secondary graduate in a relevant discipline (Business or Engineering)
Leadership:
Proven passion for leadership with demonstrated experience.
Goal‑Oriented:
Strong drive to achieve positive results and make a significant impact on the business.
Customer‑Focused:
Enjoys hands‑on work and building relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility:
Must be eligible to work in Canada and willing to travel and relocate for assignments across various locations from Manitoba to the Atlantic Ocean.
