As a Project Accountant reporting to the Controller, you will engage with project teams to manage budgets and provide essential financial insights. Your expertise in project accounting will be key in maintaining compliance with company policies and GAAP standards throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and update financial records for assigned projects • Act as a liaison for financial data collection • Prepare financial statements and analyses regularly • Support project managers with profitability tracking • Process invoices accurately and timely

Requirements:• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, 2 years focused on project accounting • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred • Experience in construction and multifamily renovations • Knowledge of ERP systems like NetSuite or Sage Intacct • Strong communication skills and detail orientation
