This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced team environment, and takes pride in helping create memorable experiences for our guests.Weekend availability is required, especially Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.Duties and ResponsibilitiesBanquet Servers will be responsible for:* Serving food and beverages to guests in a courteous, polished, and efficient manner during banquets and events* Setting up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, place settings, linens, service stations, and other event requirements* Assisting with food presentation and following proper food handling and food safety procedures* Replenishing supplies throughout the event to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service* Clearing tables, removing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the event* Assisting with event breakdown, cleanup, and room reset after service* Working closely with kitchen staff, banquet captains, event coordinators, and management to meet guest needs promptly and professionally* Answering guest questions and addressing concerns with a friendly and professional attitude* Following all club service standards, health and safety procedures, alcohol service policies, and workplace expectationsRequirements The ideal candidate will have:* Previous experience in a restaurant, banquet, event venue, golf club, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred* Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction* A professional attitude, friendly demeanor, and strong communication skills* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail* Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and proper serving techniques preferred* Ability to stand for extended periods and safely carry trays, dishes, and service items* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required* Reliable transportation to and from Copper Creek Golf Club* Smart Serve certification preferred or willingness to obtainScheduleThis is a part-time position based on event volume.Applicants must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with evening and late-night availability as needed for weddings and special events.Why Join Copper Creek Golf Club?* Work in a professional golf club and event environment* Be part of a supportive Food and Beverage team* Gain experience in weddings, tournaments, corporate events, and private functions* Opportunity to grow within the department* Staff meals provided during shifts### How to ApplyPlease apply with your resume and include your availability.We thank all applicants for their interest.
