This full-time role targets experienced candidates with a strong background in commercial lines insurance. You will excel in tasks such as processing insurance changes, managing endorsements, and issuing certificates of insurance while utilizing negotiation skills and industry knowledge. Your contributions will enable brokers to focus on renewing accounts and developing new business.

Key Responsibilities:• Process policy changes in Policy Works and BMS • Review and manage endorsement accuracy • Issue certificates of insurance as requested • Report and update claims information promptly • Assist with invoicing and payment follow-ups

Requirements:• RIBO License is mandatory • 1+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance • Familiarity with Applied Epic preferred • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Ability to work in a hybrid remote setting
