EMC Group is seeking a proficient Contract Administrator with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. With at least 10 years of experience, you will supervise site inspectors, coordinate inspection staff, and lead construction meetings effectively. Your role will directly influence the management and execution of local roads, sewers, and stormwater projects.
Key Responsibilities:• Schedule and coordinate inspection staff effectively • Conduct periodic site inspections and chair construction meetings • Review construction meeting minutes for accuracy • Coordinate project tendering and contract document reviews • Analyze project costs and report status to principals
Requirements:• Civil Engineering degree, college or university • 10+ years of contract administration experience • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Proficiency in AutoCad Civil 3D and Microsoft Office • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
