Key Responsibilities:• Process blood samples and laboratory specimens accurately • Enter patient and test information into the system • Skillfully obtain quality blood samples through venipuncture • Sort and direct specimens for lab transport • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to quality indicators

Requirements:• Completed Secondary School and lab assistant training • Proficient in phlebotomy techniques with patient care focus • Excellent detail orientation in a deadline-driven setting • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to manage patient anxiety with reassurance
