Position Details What You Will Do
Develop and deliver robust solutions for network and network security projects
Install, configure, and maintain network devices (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco FTD Firewalls, F5 load balancers, Cisco&Meraki routers and switches etc.)
Deploy and manage SD-WAN networking solutions
Engineer and maintain Route-Based S2S VPN, Policy-Based S2S VPN, and SSLVPN solutions
Enforce network security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
Collaborate with IT team members and cross-functional departments to plan and execute network projects
Execute lifecycle upkeep tasks, including OS upgrades and hardware refresh cycles, ensuring timely completion
Implement and manage SNMP alerting and monitoring frameworks
Proactively monitor performance and optimize configurations for maximum security and efficiency
Design, deploy, and maintain Azure network infrastructure components, including Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, VPN Gateways, and ExpressRoute connections
Collaborate with IT architects, security teams, and application owners to design and implement network solutions aligned with business requirements
Implement and enforce Azure network security best practices, including firewall rules, access controls, and threat protection
Respond promptly to incidents, service requests, and system outages, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution
Execute a wide range of network requests, including firewall policy changes, VLAN/port provisioning, routing/switching updates, and Load Balancer configurations, etc.
Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent level certification required
5+ years of experience in network administration or analysis position
Worked with Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and F5 devices
Experienced with Cloud networking especially in Azure environment
Deep technical understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, NTP, LACP, VPC, OSPF, and BGP network protocols etc.
Quick learner, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and leaders in non-technical terms
