Process Engineer for Production Optimization, Vaughan

Take charge as a Process Engineer dedicated to enhancing production efficiencies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to oversee production projects and implement continuous improvements within the plant environment.

In this position, you will report directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager and lead initiatives that streamline operations. This role demands significant experience in manufacturing processes, including an understanding of automation and assembly operations. Your leadership will be vital in driving project success and meeting corporate and customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate production layouts and resource allocation • Identify and analyze capacity constraints • Implement strategies for throughput improvement • Collaborate with R&D on product launches• Support creation of SQDCI boards and job instructions

Requirements:• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering • Minimum of 3 years in a Process Engineer role • Previous experience in high-volume production • Ability to manage physical and operational challenges • Right to work in Canada
