Directly reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you'll play a key role in managing shipments and processing customer orders. Your responsibilities include maintaining organized records and ensuring that all transactions are accurately documented. Key Responsibilities:• Confirm order receipt and communicate updates • Verify shipments for quality assurance • Address discrepancies with vendors and carriers • Keep records updated in inventory systems • Process orders swiftly via phone and email

Requirements:• Required College Diploma or equivalent • 2+ years in a manufacturing coordination role • Purchasing Certificate preferred • Knowledge of ERP systems an asset • Flexibility for overtime if needed
