Step into the role of Senior Payroll Administrator, where you will manage payroll and pension administration in Vaughan, Ontario. Elevate your payroll expertise while ensuring compliance and efficiency in processes.
Under the direction of the Vice President of Finance, this role focuses on payroll data processing and reconciliation. You will administer pensions, handle garnishments, and prepare essential reports while liaising with internal departments. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key in ensuring accuracy in payroll operations and responding to employee inquiries comprehensively.
Key Responsibilities:• Process payroll and reconcile earnings and deductions • Administer employee pension contributions and payments • Manage compliance with statutory deductions and remittances • Prepare end-of-year payroll reports and documentation • Handle payroll inquiries from staff and external parties
Requirements:• Diploma in payroll or accounting required • 5-8 years of relevant experience necessary • PCP certification required; CPM is beneficial • Proficient in ADP Workforce Now is desirable • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
