Join CCG as a Human Resources Administrator located in Thornhill, where your role focuses on reception and administrative support within the HR team.
You will report to the Director of Associate Experience, assisting with the coordination of internal HR communications and various HR programs. Your skills in organization and communication will help create a positive environment for all associates while ensuring confidentiality and proactive multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:• Perform reception duties at our Thornhill office location • Provide administrative support to the HR team • Coordinate responses for the internal HR email inbox • Assist with planning and running HR events and programs • Build relationships and support associates effectively
Requirements:• Completed post-secondary education • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently
