In this role, you will report to the Manager of Property Accounting and be responsible for ensuring all accounting records are accurate and up-to-date. You will manage financial reporting for various properties, conduct variance analyses, and oversee the preparation of property tax billings. This position demands attention to detail and adherence to accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:• Ensure timely delivery of financial reports for properties • Keep accounting records compliant with established guidelines • Conduct variance analysis of financial data • Manage rental charge notices for tenants • Prepare property tax billings within deadlines

Requirements:• University or college degree required • 3 to 5 years accounting experience, preferably in property • Strong communication skills, verbal and written • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Working knowledge of Yardi or similar software
