Key Responsibilities:• Ensure timely delivery of financial reports for properties • Keep accounting records compliant with established guidelines • Conduct variance analysis of financial data • Manage rental charge notices for tenants • Prepare property tax billings within deadlines
Requirements:• University or college degree required • 3 to 5 years accounting experience, preferably in property • Strong communication skills, verbal and written • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Working knowledge of Yardi or similar software
