Key Responsibilities:• Provide administrative support to travel advisors and management • Prepare and format essential client documents • Maintain organized client and booking records • Handle inquiries and communications professionally • Coordinate training sessions and meetings with suppliers
Requirements:• 2–5 years experience in an office support role • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office • Background in travel or high-volume service environments • Excellent organization and time management skills • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
