Salary Range: $22.00 To $30.00 Hourly

Airmax Technologies is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Airmax Residential Air handlers and Glow Brand boiler systems. Airmax and Glow specializes in hydronic heating systems. We offer hydronic air handlers with prepackaged zone controls for optimal occupant comfort. Glow Brand Boilers are a highly efficient and reliable complement to our Air handlers, but also can be used for Domestic hot water via a combi unit or standalone configurations.

Position: Production Associate and Lead Product Tester

As a Production Associate you will work hands on with other associates building and assembling Airmax air handlers. As a Lead Product Tester you will verify the product is completed to specifications and all control components are tested and verified.

Production Associate Responsibilities

Utilizing various hand tools you will assemble various Airmax products, including the assembly and installation of associated sub-assemblies.

Apply the appropriate product labels to units and sub-assemblies.

Report all deficiencies.

Report to supervisor on raw material levels.

Lead Product Tester Responsibilities

Utilizing electrical testing equipment verify operation of all product electrical components.

Confirm operation of all product systems.

Initiate corrective actions if required.

Document verifications, assign and register product serial numbers.

Package equipment and attach packing labels.

General Duties

Maintain a clean and tidy work area.

Qualifications&Requirements

Minimum high school diploma with a preferred college technical certificate.

Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience required.

High degree of mechanical aptitude.

Knowledge of or experience with heating and air conditioning systems would be an asset.

Knowledge of electrical testing equipment.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Safety boots, safety glasses, and work gloves required at all times.
