As an
Office Administrator , you’ll be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our offices across Canada. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors while ensuring our workplaces operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day.
Your Impact
Welcome and direct clients and visitors in a cordial and professional manner.
Answer phone calls through the MS Teams platform and respond to maintenance and security requests.
Maintain, reserve, and support the cleanliness of front‑of‑house conference rooms, including client catering requests.
Monitor logbooks, issue visitor badges and office supplies, and assist with workstations, staff lockers, and parking directions for personal and company vehicles.
Distribute security cards to staff, ensuring cardholder agreements are completed and signed, including onboarding and offboarding support.
Support the Facilities team with service request management across offices and maintain a clean, safe, and functional reception area.
Manage mail, packages, invoices, cheques, floor plans (including Flowscape where applicable), coffee stations, office supplies, visitor IT support (Wi‑Fi, monitors, connections), walk‑in service requests, and other assigned administrative tasks.
The Skills That Set You Apart
More than one year of experience in reception or a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
Proactive approach with the ability to deliver courteous and prompt service to clients and visitors.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Flexibility and strong multitasking skills in a team‑based environment.
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; French language skills are an asset.

Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK&YT:
$50,500– $66,800 MB&ON:
$46,000– $63,400 NB, NL, NS, PE&QC:
$45,600– $60,500
