Elevate maintenance and safety practices at Ruggable's Vaughn facility. As the Maintenance and Safety Manager, champion policies that enhance equipment reliability and safety compliance.
In your position at Ruggable, you will oversee all facility maintenance operations while leading environmental health and safety programs. Your efforts will ensure a productive and compliant workspace, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance strategies. Collaborate with teams to develop training and performance evaluation measures.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide overall leadership for facility maintenance • Direct EHS strategies and risk assessments • Manage and refine preventive maintenance programs • Order necessary operational equipment and manage budgets • Use KPIs for continuous improvement projects
Requirements:• 5+ years of related experience in maintenance or EHS • Experience in manufacturing settings • Basic knowledge of WSIB and CCOHS • Strong understanding of maintenance systems • Proven communication and project management skills
