Accounts Receivable Representative Bilingual, North Peel Regional Municipality (Kleinburg)

This opportunity requires candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a busy accounts receivable environment. You will be instrumental in resolving customer inquiries, processing invoices, and preparing important financial reports. Ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction through effective communication is key in this position.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist with invoice processing and credit notes • Generate weekly statements for assigned accounts • Reconcile customer accounts to solve discrepancies • Process and post incoming electronic payments • Create reports for internal departmental use

Requirements:• College diploma preferred • Minimum of 2 years collection experience • Fluency in English and French essential • Experience with AS/400 and Dynamics 365 advantageous • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
