Work Mode: On site only, no remote option.
Work Conditions Work environment: Outdoors.
Work setting: Construction, Various locations.
Responsibilities
Supervise workers and projects
Co‑ordinate and schedule activities
Oversee apprenticeship training
Train or arrange for training
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Lead/instruct individuals
Supervision: 3‑4 people.

Develops and maintains relationships with Indigenous communities, Indigenous‑owned businesses, and organizations.
Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
