This role involves developing estimation plans, performing peer reviews, and creating detailed Material Take-Offs. Key Responsibilities:• Develop estimation plans and coordinate with project teams • Create detailed E&I Material Take-Offs for essential components• Prepare accurate pricing and labor effort-hour units • Conduct QA/QC reviews on calculations and unit rates • Collaborate with engineering and construction teams for estimates

Requirements:• Minimum two years of field experience in estimating • Strong technical ability and communication skills • Knowledge of estimating techniques and industry standards • Familiarity with project management tools and databases • Proficiency in Lump Sum and Cost Rider methods
