Security Technical Architect– Security Practice, Head Office We are looking for a motivated and customer‑oriented Security Technical Architect to join our Security Practice with the Head Office team. In this specialized technical consulting role you will architect and implement solutions within the Long View security portfolio.Responsibilities

Designing and implementing secure architectures focused on business continuity, risk management, and IT resilience Providing detailed documentation including conceptual design, logical design, physical design, bill of materials, as‑built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, transition to operations informationDelivering projects from initiation through to successful implementation as a subject matter expert Implementing industry‑leading security solutions by understanding client requirements through your savvy business and technical consulting skills Validating clients’ existing architecture, identifying gaps and assisting the various business and technical teams with gathering their business use casesWorking with other senior consultants and colleagues across Long View to maintain alignment and keep projects on track Qualifications

Security Technical Architects have proven experience designing and delivering security solutions. Candidates need to have deep expertise in one or more domains below, with working knowledge across several others including 8+ years of hands‑on experience in IT security, spanning systems, networks, servers, and cloud along with a robust foundation in security architecture and practical implementation.Domains: Identity and Access Management– Design and implementation of modern identity platforms (Microsoft Entra, Okta, Ping, Active Directory), including Conditional Access, MFA, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and identity threat protection Threat Protection (XDR and Vulnerability Management) – Deployment and integration ofXDR and vulnerability management solutions (Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike Falcon, Palo Alto Cortex, Cisco XDR, Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud, Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management)AI Security and Governance– Securing and governing AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot), including data protection, access control, and risk management for AI‑enabled workloads Data Protection and Information Security – Design and implementation of data security solutions (Microsoft Purview, Forcepoint, Symantec), including data classification, DLP, and insider risk controlsSecurity Operations and Monitoring– Implementation of SIEM and detection capabilities (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk) aligned to frameworks such as CIS and NIST and supporting Zero Trust architecture Cloud Security – Security architecture for cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including identity integration, workload protection, and posture managementPlatform and Endpoint Security– Security of operating systems and infrastructure (Windows, Linux/Unix), including hardening, endpoint protection, and configuration management What Makes You Extra Awesome
