Shape the future of the lululemon Guest App as a Senior UX Designer. Lead the design of innovative mobile experiences for both iOS and Android, focusing on user engagement and membership.
In this hybrid role, you will own key parts of app design and delivery, crafting experiences that drive both guest satisfaction and business success. You will lead projects from conception through to measurable outcomes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regional needs. Your expertise in mobile UX design will be essential in creating experiences that resonate with our global audience.
Key Responsibilities:• Own design experiences for Discovery, Purchase, and Membership • Create native flows for iOS and Android platforms • Frame problems and connect solutions to user needs • Manage your own workstream with minimal oversight • Mentor fellow designers and evolve design systems
Requirements:• 5–8+ years of UX design experience • Strong portfolio with end-to-end product examples • Hands-on mobile app design for iOS and Android • Expertise in user-centered and interaction design • BA or BS in UX, HCI, or related field
