As a key member of the Customer Experience (CX) team, you will apply your 5+ years of design experience to advocate for user-centered design and effective collaboration. This role demands strong capabilities in UX/UI principles, user research, and interaction design while working alongside Product Managers and Technical Leads to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:• Act as design lead for the product area • Analyze user research and data for insights • Create wireframes, task flows, and design specifications • Develop prototypes and conduct usability tests • Communicate design vision and iteration plans
Requirements:• 5+ years of relevant design experience • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles • Proficiency in Figma and Miro tools •Portfolio showcasing successful projects • Excellent communication skills in English
