We’re seeking a highly organized, strategic, and relationship-driven Project Manager to lead external iRWD deployments and internal initiatives. This role is crucial for onboarding partner sites that contribute clinical data, enabling us to provide regulatory-grade, de-identified, and AI-ready Real‑World Data (RWD) solutions to clients across life sciences, healthcare, and other industries.You’ll work closely with your manager and internal teams like Support, Engineering, and Curators to prioritize tasks, coordinate the successful delivery of Real‑World Data (RWD) solutions, and share ownership of assigned projects. Duties&Responsibilities
Manage the full deployment lifecycle of iRWD™ at partner sites. Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of Real‑World Data (RWD) solutions to customers, coordinating with internal teams throughout the process. Serve as a key point of contact for partner communications, ensuring smooth coordination and timely issue resolution.Facilitate change management and promote adoption across partner organizations. Develop, maintain, and refine partner-facing documentation, including deployment checklists, project plans, SOPs, and supporting materials. Work closely with Support, Engineering, and Curator teams to monitor progress and troubleshoot delivery blockers.Partner with your manager to align deployment priorities with team and company goals. Oversee and contribute to the completion of security questionnaires from customers and partners, coordinating with internal teams for accurate and timely responses. Work with internal teams to facilitate new partner site onboarding.Provide deployment guidance, timelines, and readiness planning during early engagement. Align delivery efforts with organizational goals for smooth transitions from launch to data integration. Contribute to internal discussions on partnership strategy and scalability. Support internal initiatives focused on tools, process optimization, and regulatory compliance certification. Partner with your manager and internal leads to scope and assign project responsibilities. Coordinate with Engineering, Curators, and Support to drive project execution. Facilitate documentation updates and workflow refinements led by subject matter experts.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Stakeholder Engagement&Executive Communication
Communicate clear updates and challenges to executive leadership. Proactively flag risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Summarize outcomes and opportunities in clear, actionable updates. Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience, ideally in partner or solution deployments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams. Experience supporting Sales and Management in strategic enablement efforts. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Curators).Demonstrated understanding of PHI handling, privacy standards, and data protection best practices. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001, especially with PHI workflows. Skilled in tools including Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook), Microsoft Project Plan, and Jira.Comfortable leading multiple projects in energetic, fast-paced environments. Technical Acumen
Ability to understand and articulate technical requirements related to RWD solutions and data infrastructure. Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and concepts such as VPNs, data storage (e.g., AWS S3), and virtual machines (e.g., Ubuntu/Linux). Capacity to engage in technical discussions with Engineering and IT teams, understanding concepts related to data pipelines, network connectivity, and security protocols.Benefits
